The excellent location made it easy to access Disneyland and nearby shopping options. The complimentary breakfast stood out with a large variety of delicious choices, including homegrown organic fruits. Staff were friendly and provided helpful service. While the room could have used better sound insulation, the overall atmosphere was enjoyable and inviting.

The Premium Quadruple Room was spacious with a great shower and super comfy beds. The nearby shops and cafes were super convenient, and the free shuttle to Disneyland was a major plus for our family.

The breakfast was well priced and warm with quality products, there were bread, cakes and pastries.

The bathroom facilities were frustratingly inadequate. The shower was poorly designed and caused water to spill everywhere. The air conditioning did not work properly, which resulted in an uncomfortable environment during the night.

Some reviews left me feeling very wary. However, I have to say that the entire hotel was superb. The location could not have been better right by the metro, the rooms looked freshly decorated and looked like we were the first ones to stay there. The bathroom, again was superb with instant hot water for powerful shower, very invigorating. Breakfast was a joy and the free shuttle bus to disney made this the very best option. We only stayed the one night as we were booked in at the Santa Fe for the rest of our trip. Next time we visit disney we will spend our entire time at this hotel. Highly recomended, with lots of good restaurants and shopping within yards of the hotel.

I liked everything.

I was impressed by the modern decor and spacious common areas. The clean environment and thoughtful layout greatly enhanced my stay, contributing to a relaxing experience.

More accessible luggage storage options would be appreciated.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to a shopping center and a well-stocked supermarket. The shuttle to Disneyland was a major convenience and ran frequently. My only issue was that the room felt a bit hot at times and lacked sufficient storage for our family of four's belongings. But overall, I would definitely return for the great experience and welcoming atmosphere.
